Golden hour cafe Skagit - Cozy Burlington Café with Delicious Waffles & Gourmet Sandwiches

Food is delicious! The waffles are amazing, I ordered a Violet’s dream with ice cream and it was excellent. My boyfriend ordered the mazapán toast and it was delicious too. Strawberry matcha was really good! It’s a must try. We came for a second time and tried the tuna melt sandwich and we shared violets dream waffles, Everything was excellent. I also had a coconut matcha and it was really good! Place is clean, great service and fair prices. Keep doing great

FINALLYYY made it in to try this cute little café—and let me just say, it’s absolutely ADORABLE! You can feel the love and pride the owner put into creating such a cozy, welcoming space. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the sweetest barista, Natalie, who helped me pick out exactly what my taste buds were craving. Even the owner came out to greet me and asked what I ordered—such a thoughtful touch! I didn’t have time to sit and soak in the vibes since I was running behind, but let’s just say my sandwich was halfway gone before I even pulled out of the parking lot. That’s how good it was! Wishing this business, the owner, and everyone whipping up these amazing treats nothing but abundance and God’s love. Can’t wait to come back and stay a little longer next time

You HAVE to go to the Golden Hour Café!! As soon as I walked in the door, I immediately felt…BETTER. It’s gorgeous inside, and there are 3 different areas you can sit at, all with a different setup, plus a super cute outside seating area! And I haven’t even told you about the food and drinks yet. I got a waffle, which was PHENOMENAL (I have a sweet tooth, and this blew my expectations out of the water) and a white chocolate mocha, which was delicious. But there’s so much more on their menu! Everyone is super friendly and helpful here, and it’s a great place to meet up with friends or chill on your own. 15/10 recommend!

Cute. Modern. Cozy. Super excited to see the old Cup of Tea spot renovated into this sweet café! The owner shared their intention of making it feel like a welcoming home, and it truly does. The menu is simple, intentional, and delicious, with plenty of variety. I can’t wait to go back and try more! It also feels like a perfect spot for remote work or studying, with Wi-Fi and multiple rooms to settle into. Definitely worth checking out!

My daughter and I went to the Golden Hour Café this morning, and I’ve got to say, the place lived up to its name. The staff checked in on us just enough to make us feel taken care of without hovering—always a good sign before I’ve had my coffee. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, which hit the spot, but the real star was my kid’s berry French toast. One look at that thing and I immediately regretted not getting it myself. Every bite she took came with a smile, so I’ll call that a win. If you’re looking for a cozy spot with great food and even better vibes, I’d highly recommend the Golden Hour Café. Next time, I’m definitely getting the French toast.

Food was delicious and staffing was polite and kind. They serve coffee (can do preety much any cafe places), redbull spriters, and lotuses.

Loved how cute it was! Perfect area to rest. I got the matcha flight and it was DELISH I would def get it again. The matcha were varying sweetness and varied in how strong they were. The strongest was the banana one for sure. A little pricey but for sure worth it!!!!! I used to work there when it was My Cup of Tea, and I love how they renovated the place Gave it four stars cuz they’re only open 9-3 now :( I won’t be able to go anymore because I work 8-4. So sad! Would’ve been a great place to chill after work.
